Sport's Physical Examination
Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Activities Office. Physicals are good for 3 years from the exact date of the last physical. Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it into the Activities Office or you can scan it and submit the completed Physical Forms online.
First Day of Practice for 2024 Fall Sports:
- Cross Country (Grades 7-12)
- Monday, August 12th, 8:00 a.m. (Enter door #1, Meet at the wolf)
- Football (Grades 9-12)
- Monday, August 12th, 8:00 a.m.
- Football (Grades 7-8)
- Monday, August 26th, 3:00 p.m. (Enter door #1, Meet at the JH locker rooms)
- Swimming/Diving (Grades 7-12)
- Monday, August 12th, 8:00 a.m. (Enter door #38 by High School Cafeteria)
- Volleyball (Grades 9-12)
- Monday, August 12th, 8:00 a.m.
- Volleyball (Grades 7-8)
- Monday, August 26th, 3:30 p.m. (Enter door #1, Meet in High School Gym)
